We call her Pyro, but she was better known by her friends, parents, and school administrators as Mary-Catherine "MC" Eugenia Squirrel, a comely, fire-starting disruptor hailing from Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio. In her time — during those early 1960s when revolution was in the air, but before Josephine "Li’l Jo" Dogwood Squirrel led Eastern grays on the Great Squirrel Migration of 1968 — MC burned down many an Ohio forest, "just because." Or was it really because she did not like the humans living there?
